Buying old and damaged properties on a discounted price and selling them at a premium after carrying out extensive to medium size renovation work. We also do  consulting work primarily for overseas investors interested to invest in Canadian Real Estate Market.

The company takes pride in its standards for Safety, Business Ethics and overall professionalism. Started in 1968 as Esso Pakistan, and then changed the name to Exxon Chemical and later to Engro Chemical.

Responsibilities included managing and leading a team of 55 marketing officers, mostly MBAs for generating sales of 1.4 million tons of fertilizers valuing $350 million. Accumulated experience of 17 years, primarily in Sales and Marketing. Established policies and procedures, distribution networks, planned publicity and media events, marketing campaigns, promotional schemes, marketing blitz, brand development activities etc. Recruit, hire, and train staff, conduct their performance appraisals and potential assessments.
